Can actually get it for $30 if you get some coupon online. Details in the link (Not sure when it expires) ... makes me wonder if I should pick it up, but then again, not the PC version...

This is a decent one me thinks:
All week long buy Battlefield Bad Company 2(any system) and get your choice of Mass Effect 2, Dante's Inferno, Army of Two(lol), or Left for Dead 2 for half off. (Those are 59.99 priced games).
Game breaks on tuesday so obviously the sale "starts" on the release date. Most of you probably have ME2 and LFD2 and dont plan on getting Army of Two, so Dante's Inferno would be the logical choice
Also this is a Toys R Us sale, for those who don't know i ONLY post TRU ads, nothing else

Newegg and Fry's Electronics are selling the Ceramic White Wireless Dualshock 3 for $45.
Amazon is offering 15 dollar credit if you buy Just Cause 2, how exactly would that work, never done it before.
You pre-order it and they'll credit your account, with a gaming credit for $15 you can use on another purchase. Im not sure however if you have to pay in full for it, when you pre-order. Ive never pre-ordered there.
This will be the last time I post a AC 2 sale, but it's 39.99 this week at gamestop. Batman AA for 49.99 as well.
For those willing to play the PC version it's way cheap via MS's download service this weekend: http://majornelson.com/
How it works is you pre-order it. They do not charge your credit card or account or whatever until it is shipped. 2-3 days after it is shipped, you will receive an email saying that the gaming credit is on your account. They are only good for a month or so is the only downside. After that, next time you buy a game and go though your checkout, it will automatically apply it to that game. Also, the discount has to be applied to a game amazon is selling, not to a used copy from someone else.
Gamestop is offering 50% on all traded games until 3/14.
Doubt I'll play Uncharted 2 again, so I should only be paying about $6-7 for FF13.

I have never traded in games to Gamestop as I always got more out of selling them online, so just was wondering:
Does the price they give you for a game vary store to store?
If it is the same, is there a good way to find out what a game would get other than going into the store itself?
some stores are nice enough to tell you over the phone, kind of varies though.
ME2 was going for 35, so 52.50 if my math is right is a decent deal. just an example, I know you didn't mention any specific games.
You need to take the games you intend to trade in, to the stores so they can check the condition and give you a price quote, I cannot tell you how frustrating it was when I worked there and someone would call and want me to tell them the trade in value of 20-30 games over the phone. Like rokku said, the trade in values are set by corporate and do not vary from store to store.
Also keep in mind, when you go to get a quote, the trade in is not final until you give the ok, you dont HAVE to trade your games in, if your not happy with the value. But dont go in with sports games from 05 and expect to get 20 or 30 bucks for them (yes people do that).
How does store credit at Gamestop work? Do they keep tabs on how much you've accumulated? I have some games that are lent out, so if I sold one game today and another one a week later, I assume they'd tally it?
They give you a card to keep it on.
Good to know.
Friend linked me this:

"Free - PlayStation3 Dual Port Drop-in USB Charging Dock for PlayStation3 Handsets with LED Status Indicators"
I hadn't used the site before, so I was skeptical. But my friend told me he'd gotten stuff from the site before so I ordered one (ended up being $6 for shipping). We'll see if it turns out legit.
At the time of posting this there's 13 hours and 40 minutes left on the sale.
two more amazon/prime questions.
Just Cause 2 comes out this month, and I get a game credit from amazon, do I have to wait til I havee JC2 or can I apply it to something else now?
second, my prime expires march 31. If I preorder Splinter Cell which comes out in April, do I still get the free release day shipping since it was ordered whilst Prime was active?
