Yours works now, was directing for some reason to a $43.00 dollar one. lol

**Caiyuo** · 2011-05-03 13:33

lol, worried because historically every one of these I've posted has sold out before anyone gets any benefit out of it.

$29 for Darkspore: Limited Edition on GameStop.ca - http://www.gamestop.ca/pc/games/dark...ping_row3_col3

Not sure if it's a fuck up on their part, but I'm tempted to nab it as it looks like a cool take on dungeon crawling.

[EDIT] Actually I think might wait on this. EA has their sale-week thing going on with Steam, and odds are good they'll be doing a sale on Spore, and might pack DarkSpore in with it. May end up cheaper due to no shipping/handling costs.

Price drops of $10 or more on PS3 titles from Amazon:

Amazon has become kind of a stock market with games. Yes, a lot of what you listed has lower prices right now, but even low priced games like MAG you show around $17 was just $13 last week. The same happens with new games like mortal combat and portal 2, they drop them for no particular reason one day, then might raise it another (these are not typically 3rd pt sellers, all are direct from amazon).

basically, anything listed around $20 may dip to 15 or raise to 25 depending on the day-to-day swing.

Also, games like bioshock 2 normal edition are around $11, so the SE is still high, the KZ3 SE has been as low as $50, amazon has a special release COD MW1&2 combo pack that has been as low as $30 and again, basically everything you listed that has a price around $20 has dipped to $15 or so in the past few weeks.

checking the site now:
virtual tennis is kind of funny, it isn't released yet, the srp is 50 but amazon is selling preorders for 32...
valk chron has already jumped to 28 from 23 in your post, i've seen it at 18.
lost planet 2 has been about 12 this week.
resonance of fate down from 21 to 17.

you get the point.

Gamestop has a trade-in deal going for LA Noire. 2 semi-recent games = $50 off LA Noire.

**izembo** · 2011-05-08 17:11

**Pikarya** · 2011-05-09 21:23

PS3 Slim 100 dollars off with coupon (pro members only). Figured it would happen since everyone is trading theirs in.

**izembo** · 2011-05-09 21:24

its only select pro members, not all pro members. and no one is trading theirs in, dont know what you're talking about

I know a few people on my other forum that already sold theirs or traded it in.

**izembo** · 2011-05-09 21:26

few people who complain on internet forums does not equal the masses.

True, no one I know personally is doing it. That was more an illustration that some idiots are doing so more than anything else.

**Caiyuo** · 2011-05-10 00:33

Where is the deal? Pro members to what?

nvm, seeing it on gamestop now. I have the membership and really want to pull the trigger. CAN'T DECIDE. Think there's a price-drop or some sort of revision being announced soon/@E3? Still tempting on the chance jailbreaking it might still be on the table.

Kotaku's post about it does mention new PS3 models/bundles coming up http://kotaku.com/5800221/gamestop-k...-for-everybody

**izembo** · 2011-05-10 17:53

so basically you only get the coupon if you dont have a ps3 but have a rewards account, and even then its a chance of getting it

Pretty much. I cant speak for all 100 million users, but I know 6 in my company that I know of, which is plenty if you were affiliated with Sony in any capacity.

Just as a few people not trading theirs in does not imply that they are not?

Push.
