In that case it's probably a stock issue. They'll lower it when they have more so they don't have to make a new entry. You'll see a lot of merchants with insane prices like that. Sometimes its deliberate but occasionally its a hilarious error... as in...

Cliffs: 2 merchants set up macros to raise their price based on the other. The increases triggered at different times and caused a chain reaction that ended when the book hit a price above 2 mil.
