A minor gripe for those that do the Toys R Us buy 2 get 1 free online. If you do Arkham City you can't get the Free Batman Figure and the Buy 2 get 1 offer. It's minor but still quite annoying. I figure I'll just call and complain about not getting my free figure once I get the games.

Origin has some of their and Bioware games 60% off with promo code "ORIGIN60" (case sensitive). I got dragon age origins ultimate edition, the one with all DLC for $12. Not a bad deal

Log into Origin and you'll see this promo, but if you attempt to purchase the game, the price will never drop below $39.99. I don't know if this is something EA just happened to roll out a little too soon or if it's just a failed promo. Wish I could get the ps3 version for that price...

So I've been checking out the Kmart deals recently since I'm planning on Dark Souls ($40 until the 5th) this week and MW3 the next using coupans I got from Arkham City and the promo on MW3 has me a little confused. It reads:

Does that mean when purchasing MW3 I get a coupon/"offer" for the card or they're to be bought together?

Yeah I wish the amazon deal was buy one get one 50% off. I can't imagine finding 3 games I really want that are all around the same price that are lower cost, or justify spending $100 for 3 newer ps3 games.

There are usually some pretty good deals to be had just shopping online with Amazon, Gamestop, etc. Not just for Black Friday, but Cyber Monday too. Depends on what you expect. I've wound up buying a stack of stuff around then for the past few years.

Game sales are really great around the holiday season, not only are there black friday sales, but Amazon and other retailers do Cyber Monday sales as well. Amazon alone does a whole week of sales for the black friday/cyber monday week. If you're diligent about searching around with the big retailers (gamestop, toys r us, best buy, amazon, kmart, walmart, target) you can pick up a bunch of games for cheap.

My guess is you'll be able to find newer stuff like Dead Island or Deus Ex or Shadows of the Damned for 20 bucks... I mean hell, LA Noire is already down to 20. With the economy the way it is, I'm willing to wager you'll be able to find a sale on Batman Arkham City for 40, somewhere.
