Only thing i've seen for TRU was a sucky Xbox Arcade bundle involving some crap like the Pop cap Arcade games.

But besides that, tomorrow only tru will be doing the Call of Duty: MW2 sale again for everyone who missed it. You can get a free 20 dollar gift card for getting the game between 7am and 1 pm, and if you combine the purchase with a few other games like Uncharted 2, Lego Rockband, MUA2, Ratchet, etc, you can get a 30 dollar or 45 dollar gift card.

I missed the 360 arcade at Wal-mart by one spot in line and currently the best deal I can find is at Target (Elite or MW2 Bundle with $50 GC). I wouldn't mind the Elite, but Christ the holiday bundle is shit. Lego Batman and Pure? Fuck that. At the same time I'd like a black 360 rather than the ugly MW2 box.

out of all those PS3 deals I'd probably go with the Walmart one, but that's because I really can't stand LBP. Batman AA was a lot better than I thought it would be, although on the short side.

I'd go with the Wal-Mart deal too, but only because it is more value for the money, also, both of those are great games and both fairly new. Plus an awesome movie on blu-ray.

I think I'm gonna go with the Gamestop one. You can get Arkham Asylum pretty cheap at plenty of places and the same for TDK. LPB GOTY is 60 bucks almost everywhere and GoW C just came out so that's no drop in price. Basically 100 bucks worth of free games is win.

the GoW collection sells for only 35-40 bucks new, so if you had your heart set on getting LBP you'd be getting a better deal with the best buy bundle, as both LBP and Ratchet & Clank are 60 dollar games.

edit: and yea, I've been trying to find a cheap copy of Batman AA for a while now, it has yet to go below $50 (even used). Granted after xmas itll probably drop below 40 at least, but yeah.

Yeah, on a pure cash value level I agree, but I'm only so-so interested in Rachet and Clank and could easily wait a good while before giving a crap about it. By then it may have dropped a bit.

I'm gonna be one of those freaks who camps out and makes sure they get their shit. They open at 6 and my wife and I will be there are 3 (with DS/PSP in hand). After missing the Wal-mart Xbox deal by 1 spot in line we're not gonna fuck this one up.

Look at it this way. 3 hours in line to get 100 bucks worth of free games is like getting paid 33 bucks/hr to sit on your ass and bide you time (albeit in the cold). I'm hoping the fact that there are so many PS3 deals all over the place on top of the fact that there are 3 GSs in my town will give me the edge on being certain to pick one up.
