4 and CV should be the HD versions. Not a bad deal for both of them for $15. I bought RE6 Archives though so it's kind of a moot point for me. lol

All of those are great deals except for Dead Island and Fable 3, which by all accounts were terrible games to be avoided.

Just picked up a copy for ps3. It is the "limited" edition with a code for "Free 55 items that are pay for dlc otherwise". Don't know if the code is still valid, but I assume so.

DLC codes on the PS3 are usually valid until the end of the next calendar year (and sometimes beyond, depending), so yeah, there's no reason it shouldn't still work.

I never played the first Prototype. Should I play that before playing this? I'm thinking for $5 I should pick this up for later play at least.
