Agreed. I half expect the game to say "WE ARE DELAYING PLAY FOR A WHILE" after I put it in my PS3.

They should likely have release date shipping going soon, it didn't look like it was available earlier but I assume they'll catch up in a few days.

edit: Just put it in my cart and it says release date delivery is available and shows November 24th. You should go check again.

Nice to finally see the release date. Now to figure out if I should go with Controller or Wheel

I'm going with controller for a while. I've never actually owned a wheel.

I'm more accustomed to the controller myself. I wanna try out both for GT5 to see which one I like most, but I don't know how much the wheel will run, and don't wanna waste money on something I might not use at all.

G27 wheel here, since the game should have built-in optimal settings for it so I don't end up spending an hour fine-tuning the sensitivity like I do every fricken' PC racing title.

Arcade racers I use controller on, but for anything simulation, nothing beats having a physical gear-shifter.

I've always wanted to invest in a wheel and pedals but nothing to mount them on. I think they sell some racing seat things you can use for such a thing but alas, I am a broke unemployed jerk right now so a controller will have to suffice for a while longer.

edit: And if I can find a xbox shaped ps3 controller I would be even happier.

It boggles my mind every time I see a high-profile game/console bundle, and no HDMI cable is included.

I guess composite has to be included regardless though since it's a propriety connector. ;/

I just unpacked my driving force pro wheel in hopes that it works with prologue, and was so happy when it did. I've used the Logitech series since GT3 and playing prologue with just a controller was unbearable.

Also, how is online going to work? I'd be down for some online racing.

Was mentioned earlier in the thread I believe that you'll be able to create player lobbies and then pick your stuff from there, so it should be easy to organize BG Groups.
