As I said, been awhile since I played racing game, and I don't really mess with the other views much. I guess you could say I'm a noob when it comes to these things.

Well the postcount thing was just some sarcasm for asking a silly question, but before you actually ask.. cockpit view is when you have the view of the inside of a car in the game. Sorda like in the last couple of videos where it's like you're actually in the car.

Sort of looking forward to this. Not a big fan of racing games/sims but the GT series seems to bypass the "ugh, racing sim" part of my brain.

The real issue is if the CPU still sticks to the racing line like it's glued on to it. I've probably been barged off the track more by the CPU drivers than any player.

In the SSR-7 Night Race Rain above it shows a good example of how that does not happen as his car is considerably slower then the CPU's. They go round him rather then go into him

For some reason, GT is the only series where I can play cockpit view and feel comfortable, any other racing game I must have a hovered view

Gimmie the "in front of the grill" view that I used to such great effect in Need for Speed Underground. I like feeling right on the asphalt; for some reason it helps me corner.

Always preferred the bumper cam as well since ridge racer days.

It's just so much easier for feeling where your car is and good braking points.
