Watching this live stream makes me really disappointed. The fact that the AI cars [still] drive in a straight line, and you can bumper-car your way around the track pretty effectively is...really a let down. Doesn't seem like too much of a far cry from GT4.

Yeah that's what I was referring to. In this playthrough it looks like they line up just the same way they did in previous games, but I'll keep watching to see if I see otherwise.

Well, idk. There was some stuff they showed that had me excited, but some things they showed that...really concerns me. So it didn't win me over one way or the other.

Supposedly you can only use your PSP cars in Arcade mode and cars from GT5P won't cross over at all. Can also use 50 of your favorite cars from GT5 Career mode in Arcade mode.

Fuck dude, has anyone beeen able to find a list of retail stores that have actually broken the street date for GT5? I've checked stores near me that usually get their shipments early, same shop I got MW2 from a week early. Yet the only places I've been able to find that have broken the street date are European shops. Anyone have any luck here stateside? I've gamestop will break street date with confirmation of purchase from another retailer.
