Yeah, what Hoss said. Those are pretty much the only things you can really tune on most of the race cars. There may have been one or two that offer weight reduction but that's about it. I wish we could tune specific gear ratios, apparently it's a level unlock thing but I'm at 23 and I still can't adjust anything but top speed.

Either way.. yeah, I basically upgraded whatever I could on the Minolta. Wish I could use it on more b-spec races at the start. I'm 11 b-spec, but still haven't even cleared beginner, rofl.

and yeah.. I need a german touring car too, lol. Shit's expensive.

I think I'm halfway to 23 on b-spec now too, he's golded every event from beginner to expert, just have the xXtremeXx events left. Also I've never seen a german touring car in the used lot, wasn't really sure where to get any since you can't buy them new either. I'm not seeing anything from reward cars either, shit sux. Trying to find the Gran Turismo F1 car is also going to be dumb, plus it's almost 5 million credits in the used lot.

Friend of mine found out that by going to License Tests, loading B1 and skipping to B5 and then coming out, and going to the used car lot, it'd refresh. He did that for ages to get the GT F1 car, lol.

Gotcha, and if I had any of those I'd help you out. I think there's a trophy that you can get by taking the Ford Mark IV to the Classics race in the uh.. Expert series? Not 100% on that.. not sure if you have to race either. I wouldn't mind finding one and doing that.

Oh yeah I meant for the b-spec series lol. My driver was doing great on the second race after raping at Indy, then he spins out and falls to 8th, then he keeps drifting around corners destroying his tires and forcing him to pit in an 8 lap race Guess I'll just have to grind him on some of these races, but I don't know what since most races give crap exp. The 30 lap races only give ~10k exp, when you need over 100k to level. Hopefully the level 23 stuff gives decent exp until I can reach the dream car cup.

and I'd say if the F1 car was in an actual dealership.. it'd be 20mil, lol. That's what most other race cars seem to be when the good ones are around 4-5 mil in the used car lot.

I believe Ferrari dealership has F1 cars, one for 10m and one for like 12m.

You can't use them for the Formula 1 event in extreme though, need to have the proprietary F1 made by Gran Turismo.

This makes no sense. All the F1 Cars since 2k7 have been on the same limitations. 18k RPM V8, limited gearboxes, engines, tires etc. So sad.

Yeah.. watching him do a race is like watching a car in fast forward or someshit. One of the mission requirements to get the car is you have to do two laps of Monza in 2:04..for bronze.

From what I understand, I believe he can use it in certain A-Spec races. I went online with him to fuck around with other people though, and just lol. Lots of "Holy shit was that the X1 just now?!" A Veyron tried to beat him off the line in drag. It was funny. It goes 0-120 in like.. a couple seconds.

Haha, I can't wait to get an X1. I've heard the event for it is pretty tough, everything I've read on the gtplanet forums suggest people can only get bronze, silver and gold is near impossible lol.

Also apparently if your driver hits 35 in b-spec, you get a free X1.
