so I'm slow on the uptake, but how would I go about getting my photos taken like that/moved over onto the PC for postage? >.> Never really bothered with it.
For taking them, I just move the "first person" view around until I get an angle that looks nice, then hit the camera button. Once the camera menu comes up I fix the angles a bit and play with some of the settings, like the proportions of the screen, camera effects, etc. I don't think shutter speed matters much for still photos (I'm no photo expert though), and focal length is automatically calculated with the auto-focus.
As for uploading them, someone mentioned this earlier in the thread, if you have a picasa web album (you have one if you have a google account, it's the same login information), all you have to do is export them to the xmb from the photo menu on the gt life screen, then go to the xmb and in the photo gallery app (you may have to install this if you've never used it before) there will be an option to upload them either to your picasa account or to your facebook profile. This is the easiest way I've found, as using my phone to transfer over from the ps3 to my phone to my pc seems a bit tedious.
Edit: I found this guide that seems pretty in depth on everything

Ah, awesome, Eliseos. Appreciate the walk through. I'll try that out when I get on and play next time.
what car do i need to win the GT world championship? and how much hp will i need
That the special event? If so.. I can't remember. It's been forever since I did that.
what car are you currently trying to beat it with? supposedly the easiest car to win it with is the Toyota Minolta, but I've seen lots of people comment that they upgraded/tuned JGTC cars and won with those...I haven't tried the World Champs yet (only lv24 A Spec) but my next target is probably GT All Stars.
GT world championship is in the pro series, i think it's a lvl 14 event. I think any car past 600hp will win the race for you. IIRC i used the corvette ZR-1 RM and didn't add any extra parts to it. (I think by default the car has around 670HP when you RM it)
I think I farmed up a million for an Enzo for it. Tricked it out with a few mods just for kicks since I was going to use it (didnt know I was gonna get the Vernyon for the event) Gogo special events for ez cash
whats the word on this week's seasonal races? I heard there is an update again?

High speed ring - Super GT GT500 class cars Cr. 1,500,000 exp 120000 - 10 laps
No restrictions.
the high speed ring is a super easy 1.5M credits...
I bought one of the NSX from the OCD (because I didn't have a GT500 JGTC Car that qualified for this event) and I was in first place before the end of lap 7.
Not repeatable after you win them - at least the rewards aren't.
In seasonal events, you get rewarded for your place, but you will only be subsequently rewarded for placing higher in further attempts until you get first.
side note: the race was only 8 laps when I ran it.
God.. they were all way too fucking easy :/ and that Mitsubishi sounds so terribleogod
im not even that far and im not excited to even try them since i dont have my own hdtv, i guess the seasonal events will do for xp for now. how much is it to buy all the cars needed for them? i spent all my money the other day lol
I fucking hate the X1. This car is absolutely unusable. Spend 172 laps on Suzuka, then I try the Vettel challenge and can't even complete two laps in a row without DQ'ing myself somehow. Driving perfectly I can get about 1'08" for a lap, but to even silver it would take an average lap of 1'05.75, and I have no idea how I'm going to shave about 3 seconds off per lap.
Edit: This is also ignoring the fact how often I'd smash into the back of an opponents car because it appears they aren't moving with how fast this thing travels.
