    The roommate and I have decided not to spend the extra 100 dollars per month on cable and this leaves me shit out of luck on watching my shows. What's the best sites out there to keep up on all my shows even ones on premium channels such as Showtime and HBO?

    Hulu or torrents are my only guesses. Would probably have to torrent the premium channels, doubt there are any streaming sites like that that last a while.

    eztv.it is where I usually find my TV torrents for the one or two shows I actually keep up with. They have a pretty large library and most of the more popular TV shows are posted within 1 hr of airing. The HD version usually takes 2-3 hrs after airing before it's up to download.

    I usually only watch stuff on the Discovery Channel, so I mainly grab mythbusters / dirty jobs off there, but they also have good torrents for South Park as well. I don't pay for cable anymore since I just get the internet for half the price of their package, because it's a ripoff. I only watch a few channels and I'm not paying ridiculous amounts to get enough channels to finally get Discovery HD. I'd gladly pay for Discovery HD, Science Channel HD, Discovery Military HD, and maybe Comedy Central, but any package with those channels requires you to pay way more. I hate the way cable TV works. >_>;
