I quit this game back in the day right at the ending boss cause it was lame as shit. Recently i started a game and beat it, now I'm doing all the hunts and espers. (just got 2 espers and 6 hunts to go which will be easy as shit) The game is really boring and 90 % plays itself but shit it kills time. The way they added ff11 droprates and the bazzar system makes fucking RAGE!

So I have 3x Demonsbanes on my chars at level 22, and just got 2 deathbringers, going for my 3rd.
Should I equip all 3 chars with the deathbringer and roll through stuff or only keep one and sell the others. With the gil I could deck out in plate and shields and focus on using the chars main weapons (katana and 2hand sword) till they get the end game weapons (ie zodiac)

Keep the deathbringers if you want the game to be on easy mode, sell them if you want some variety. Depends on what kind of playthrough you're aiming for though, I guess I personally would keep all the deathbringers.

Well I was able to upgrade all my armor and still have 12k gil left, without selling 2 deathbringers, so now it's "do I want variety and use different weapons" or not... sigh deathbringers it probably is until i need the moneys.

I never really leveled more than 3 characters when I played through the game. If you're going to beat the game normally (meaning just the last boss) you shouldn't really need the other party. If I remember correctly you only needed them for crazy fights like Omega and Yazmat.
I remember my friend took forever playing this because he tried leveling all of his characters as he went through the game so if I could give you any advice, it would be just stick to 3 for now. : p

I tend to make the character I control a PLD style character.. with the right things unlocked you regenerate MP from being hit or hitting something, and as I'm charging in I tend to be the focus of whatever I'm attacking, especially when you get Decoy? I think its called. Also, running around = MP, so I tend to get those two skills and run circles around the mobs.... a lot of extra work I guess, but I just load up on defense gear and take little to no damage and make the tank character also the healer, leaving the other characters to be all-out brutal damage dealers. I tend to give them GKT because I love it
Reminding me to reply it now.. gotta find a PS2

theres another enforced class faq, so that you can have similar classes to the international version. game is boring when everyone is a carbon copy of each other.
