I have no idea how this even started but at my job I stand around pretty much the entire time. About two days ago I woke up feeling like a bruise type feeling at the end of my middle toe on my right foot, I thought it was a blister but blisters pop if you poke them, this hasn't popped. It's swollen, red/purple'ish, and it's fucking so unbearable just to walk, I have to work today, does anybody know exactly wtf this is so I can take care of it before I take a power saw to it?

What do you do for work? Where do you work? Did you stub your toe? These are the kinds of things I need to know before I can begin to help.

I do Loss Prevention at our local Wal-Mart, it's a pretty fun job. I dress up as a normal person and just hang out there during the day following people thieves. No I didn't stub my toe, I have no fucking what could have done it, and sorry no camera right now.

So it's only gotten more swollen, I almost threw up from the pain at work yesterday because I have to walk around a lot and every single step I took was ridiculously painful and made my stomach turn. I could ask someone to let me borrow some money to see the local clinic, I think they charge like 20-30 bux to get looked at and then just tell you the shit you need to buy to get better.

Yeah I can't stand this shit, it isn't getting better at all and it looks very bad now. Calling in right fucking now.

Call your physician. They might prescribe some cortisol or an antibiotic to inject into whatever it is. Also, go to a pediatrist and not a general practitioner as they will be more likely to help you. Take some IBP for the pain, rub some neosporin on it, wrap it in gauze, and stay off the foot.

Without seeing what it might be it's hard to say what it is... but given where you work anything could be the problem. It sounds like a bacterial infection and could even be a cyst.

The thing that pisses me off most is how pathetic this injury sounds, "my toe hurts" it's so ridiculous, who would buy that shit? My boss thankfully said he would give me the day off if the clinic says I need it, about to go right now, I will let you guys know what the doc tells me haha.
