Nothing pathetic about a potentially serious injury. Plus, if it's work related, your boss probably doesn't want to go through the workman's comp routine.

I'm back, the Doctor that saw me didn't have quite the look I was hoping on his face. He said he would need to get some blood samples to determine if it's possibly diabetes. He prescribed a few antibiotics for the swelling: Sulfamethoxazole, and Cephalexin.
At this point, cutting my toe off is the best idea!
Shit, I dunno why I didn't even think of Diabetes. Do you have a lot of sugar intake? If you work LP like the people at my store worked LP, your diet might be high in energy drinks. If you eat a lot of junk food you just might have it.
Hopefully the lab results come back negative for diabetes. They should have them for you pretty quickly. If it's not, ask to see a pediatrist.
I do but I keep myself in pretty decent shape, but I am guessing that still doesn't matter if you take in a lot of sugar. I drink a lot of different sodas, juices, most likely all have a lot of sugar in them. I cut back a LOT on fast food, junk food as well but yeah still drinking a lot of sugar. :/
So should I just not eat anything with sugar in it from here on out to be safe?
Ok yeah.. I have every single one of these symptoms:
* Frequent urination
* Excessive thirst
* Extreme hunger
* Unusual weight loss
* Increased fatigue
* Irritability
* Blurry vision
The hunger part isn't extreme, but thirst definitely.
It sounds like you have the markers for diabetes mellitus.
I know it sounds odd, regarding sugar intake, but allow me to explain.
When your blood's glucose level rises too high, the body releases insulin to lower it. Over time, this can cause cells to build a resistance (which means your blood sugar stays high for longer periods of time). Glucagon usually remedies this problem... but the only solution is to cut back heavily on sugar.
Based on your diet, you really should start keeping a diary of what you're eating.
Stop drinking soda. Drink seltzer water with a tinge of juice if you have to.
Hmm, the sugars. Miz, why didn't you catch this one?
Calling Feet Aids
Pet peeve, but its a "podiatrist". Pedia is the prefix for children, I don't think you're recommending him to a doctor for kids (though this is BG, who knows).
Noun- 1.pediatrist - a specialist in the care of babies baby doctor, paediatrician, pediatrician
medical specialist, specialist - practices one branch of medicine
No, I meant podiatrist. I just didn't realize the typo. Sorry, lab work is frazzing my mind.
