Depends what you put in your fucking burrito. Obviously a burrito with sour cream, cheese, meat, AND refried beans will have more calories/fat/heart attack potential than like 5 big macs, but remove pretty much any 2 of the 4 and its mildly healthy...

Real burritos do not have refried beans in them. I'd just do chicken, cilantro, black beans, rice & some kind of sauce inside. Can't remember the name of the usual stuff but it's green and spicy and gewd.

Salsa verde.

At my schools burrito place I do, black beans, rice, carmelized onions/peppers and/or roasted corn, olives, jalapenos, salsa verde, pico de gallo and some guac.

Added bonus of having your burrito fucking explode all over you whilst eating only 50% of the time vs 100% when the morons who roll them fuck up the proportions of everything else after they've put the meat in.

edit: Pico is made out of tomatos/onions chiefly and is not spicy
