He's not. From what I've heard after you hit level 50 as Human you can do just that to become a Super Saiyan. I dunno if Namekian or Majin get any special shit at 50, I haven't really heard anything about them at all.

Friend said he bought the KSSN for 13.99 and thats it. No monthly fee to play DBO on the offical servers(got it mixed up with private). He's just on a server with a lot of english speaking players.

Sends me random in-game pics of it, like fighting raditz with piccolo etc.

It's a reskinned Rising Force Online. Same graphic/targeting/HUD, same 3 races against each other with each a unique specialty. The PvP might be fun, if there's any, but the PvE will just be a massive boring grind lol.

Sayian 4 hair color dies and shit. Selling official DBZ armor skins, like the fusion outfit. There's a lot of room for money to be made from a cash shop.

Oh I'm aware, and they put a 90day time limit on all that shit, when it should be permanent, and then you get Cash Shop whores and what not that dump thousands and thousands of $ into it for unknown reasons :/ yeah I played Maplestory and that ended about 5 days after I started, couldn't stand the spam wish I could have shut it up.

He's playing on official servers, that's why you need a KSSN to play it. I might take a look in to seeing if I can sign up later, finding a working KSSN hopefully won't be as hard since it's not a Hangame game.
