I have no clue, I quit JP Dissidia before even getting to Chaos, got bored grinding all the stories and then when I thought I finally made it (unlocking Inward Chaos or w/e it was called) I beat that and then I was rewarded with Inward Chaos II, then I beat that and saw III and I just said fuck this game.

Protip: Don't fight Chaos at level 45, it was not worth the frustration to finally win that.

you should post your video again, iirc you showed off what you can block and what you can't block pretty good

I didn't really get any blocks off on his spin attack, you want to block that 2-3 times (depending on how quickly you tap guard) and I don't think I did in the video.
