been messing with this program for over a month trying to get the damn thing to work, no dice.

For those that don't know what it is, EWH is a program much like model viewer, but isntead of armor/races etc it views maps, like sandy or qui'bei arena, whatever.

3D ripper Dx allows me to rip models from a direct x program, like EWH, and converts them to a 3DR file format, which 3ds uses. I then should be able to import it into 3ds max and have the entire map there for me.

EWH works perfectly, not a problem. 3D ripper DX works with it perfectly, it creates the 3DR program without a hitch.

But when I import to 3DR program into 3dS Max, this is what I get.

Anyone use this program before and have had this problem, and/or know how to fix it?

By looking at the boats you can see (I moved them out, they were mixed up in the pile of stuff in the middle) you can see that the indiviual objects ARE being modelled correctly by 3ds, but they all seem to be given a position of 0,0,0 and are getting turned wrong ways.
