    Onboard Network Troubles

So I am baffled by this problem that I am having. This has never happened on 7 or Vista up until now.

I just recently reinstalled 7 as I was having weird problems with firefox and IE not loading clicked links however I could type the URL in and it would load fine. I get my computer up and start downloading my usual programs then my network card loses connection to the internet. I go and do the normal restart modem and router process as I figure it is one of those. They both come back up I release then renew and nothing no communication outside of this computer so I restart and everything works fine so I figure its a fluke and it won't happen again... WRONG I continue downloading my usual and it again loses connection so I reinstall windows again wondering if that is whats wrong well its still doing it but I found out if I disable and re enable the card in device manager it will start working again but it will also crash later.

TL;DR: My network card keeps losing connection, restarting fixes the problem temporarily, disabling and re enabling the card also temporarily fixes the problem. What is going on with my computer?

Its actually any time the computer is running. It seems to do it more when I'm downloading something vs normal browsing however it will do it when I'm normally browsing.

Sleep and hibernate is also disabled so the computer never automatically goes to sleep or hibernates.

Sorry if you use a laptop, but you didn't specify what kind of computer you're using - have you tried re-seating the card in the slot? Or if its a USB adapter, try a different USB port?

If you have, it sounds like the card may be defective. Replace it or try the card in another computer, if possible.

Not possible as the networking is onboard. Its also a desktop.
