Does anyone here actually use their books for the majority of their classes? If possible I usually torrent the shit or go to the library when I need to. I've been buying less and less books over the years and I honestly think I'm only going to buy one book this semester for my Japanese class, which is the only class I've taken that I have used the textbook more than once.

It always starts with "HOLY FUCKING SHIT YOU NEED THE TEXTBOOK WE USE THIS SHIT SO FUCKING MUCH IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS TEXTBOOK YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THIS CLASS YOU MUST FUCKING HAVE IT"

and then you never use the shit -- ever. My sociology book, never opened it. Psychology, the teacher didn't even teach the material in the book, never opened it. American Government, used it to "cheat" on test. English - -NEVER ONCE used the book for ANY English class I've taken (Taken 4, never touched the fucking things.) Seriously, the list continues.
