ACP hauby or N.body(5 DEX + 10 attack vs 7 STR) for Drakesbane/Penta thrust?
I don't have much good DEX gear for Drakesbane crits, so should I just stack STR instead? Would penta benefit more from the DEX/attack from Nuevo Coselete?

It's not really a big deal, no, but I'd rather not be wearing PDT+% when something's chasing after me and may very well manage to get in a swing whilst I'm stood still casting Bind/Gravity/Sleep, thus increasing the risk that my Stoneskin will be broken and I'll be interrupted.
I know you're probably being facetious, but the day I start fulltiming /NIN and Binding shit in 2x Eremite's Wands is the day I kill myself.
In dynamis/limbus(2 of the 3 main places where:
A) using blms is efficient
and
B) those BLMs will need to use enfeebling magic)
master caster's bracelets will be active 100% of the time and unconditionally better than the other hand options currently in the game.. just something to keep in mind. The third place that fits those conditions is Einherjar, in which case I'd say it's valkyrie's > shadow > morrigan's > oracle's > goliard > mahatma. Sure, you can solo in areas where MC aren't active.. but why would you want to solo puddings when you can pull similar xp/hr in sea farming ix'drk, ix'drg, triggers for ix'mnk, or if you have all the capes you want, h.q. aern organs to sell?
Subbing ninja to get 100% spell interrupt on BLM is fucking retarded, and if you're in a situation where interrupts are a major risk(multiple mobs typically) then you can't really macro interrupt gear in then macro back to stick gear as spell ends because mob delays will be staggered. Fuck off Pchan.
You do on Black Mage. They can't wear muse tariqah, and while they gain 5% over karasutenge with AF feet, they lose 12% vs af+1 body. The other gear remains the same, limitting them to 86% without dual wield(91% with Sadhu cuffs, but those are a very rare appraisal and require you to not use food.. I guarantee tavnazian tacos will do more for you than 5% interruption rate if you're that concerned with survivability).
Why the fuck would you merit interruption? Additionally, do you ever plan to address the fact that you need to swap in useful stuff before the spell finishes and multiple mobs won't allow you to do that properly due to staggered delays?
Wouldn't the delay from switching gear even using spellcast have an effect on the spell landing or not when using fast spells?
Wtf is iddle?
Because I cast spells.
What are these useful stuff you are talking about ? I mean if you have 2-3 mobs chasing you magic accuracy won't help you in any way. This is exactly the situation where it shines ... for BLM.Additionally, do you ever plan to address the fact that you need to swap in useful stuff before the spell finishes and multiple mobs won't allow you to do that properly due to staggered delays?
LOL Holy fuck.
I merited (and love) my spell interrupt rate >.>.
Fuck haters. Tank4Life.
Fuck it, had to take pchan off my ignore list because it's too comical to miss out on really ;(
1) If you have a tank job and you care more about survivability than 4% crit rate. Nobody questions meriting shield skill if you play paladin with any frequency. Spell interruption rate is like extra shield skill without the damage reduction.
2) If you have both a tank and mage job that you use about equally, and don't want to merit enmity up or down. I play PLD, BLM and DRG. Crit rate up is a no-brainer, but I'm reluctant to mess with enmity, and enemy crit rate down won't do as much to save your life as spell interruption rate.
I find myself dying from critical hits a lot more than interrupts actually... I'm 4/4 Crit+ and 4/4 Crit- for this reason -_-
