If it's Insect just go with the stat+4 ring, they won't be noticeably different in terms of MAcc almost all of the time, and will help with the debuffs that have variable potency, Slow/Para/Blind, etc. Were the choice to be between Balrahn's and INT/MND rings, that'd be a bit different, and that's when you take into account what you're actually fighting.
Also for spells that do not have variable potency, where all that matters is landing it without any resists(Sleep, Gravity, Silence, Poison), you also want to load up on the MAcc/Skill there regardless of target, possibly some Haste/FC in slots where you can't get a decent chunk of MAcc/skill for Sleep/Gravity in particular.
Bind is still kind of an oddity that seems to me to have multiple tiers of landing 'unresisted', where there's landing it for full duration time-wise, but also the strength of the Bind effect in terms of holding through damage that I believe has some INT/level difference modifiers between you and the target, but it's not something that I've thoroughly tested or anything. For that I prefer to keep a decent amount of INT in the slots where I can't get large chunks of skill/Macc.
