BLU nuke's data is currently incomplete. Thus far I think it was Kaslo (Or Sho) that confirmed 1MAB is roughly equal to one Stat modifier of (Nuke here). That is, 1CHR = 1MAB for Eyes on me and 1MND=1MAB for Mind Blast. What we haven't deduced however, is whether these affect the magic accuracy of said spells. Thus, there is not enough data to give you an accurate answer yet (Unless I missed someone's tests).

At capped acc, yes. If acc is uncapped, DW + Acc Mirke > Enkidu's > Homam.

replace "acc caped" by " acc above 90%", rapparee wins still. but yeah rapparee > mirke ( depending on acc) > enk > homam.

stats haven't been shown or tested to see effect on potency or accuracy of blue enfeebles, though does work on nukes, so I'd use it for things like frightful roar, MP drainkiss, or such.
