And probably some other stuff.

Depends, at very high levels of attack, Rutters will win; otherwise, Socks are better. VZX did the math and I think he said the break point is around ~700 RATK; but it probably varies by mob DEF or pDIF or some other crap I don't really keep track of.

One less Store TP means you can also miss 1 Guillo hit. My friend uses:

Pretty much this.

I haven't done the maths, but it has been done (many times) and the advice always seems to be Senji/Perdu is the best NIN combo (outside of mythics/relics).

The lower delay makes Perdu god, even if its only 32 damage. The hidden effect and low delay makes up for low damage, since as Ninja you tend to focus more on DoT, and Perdu allows you to do just that.

Also just my opinion, but depending on where you merit, you'd use Senji/Perdu anywhere but at birds. If you're like me and have dagger merits, use Blau/Perdu, assuming you also have Evisceration.
