I had a +7 flash dagger too, I know it should be 7% rate, but in 26 fights it proc'd only once. My Goal was to get a dagger like the one above for soloing/tanking, but after seeing the activation rate, my pursuit ended. (Mine was Dmg+5, Flash+7, Accuracy+3)

you'd be better off with an evasion dagger or a DD dagger for solo instead of relying on some random % proc on a weapon which doesnt even garantee your immunity to physical attacks while it's in effect. (you can still get hit while the mob has flash)

Awesome solo piece for those jobs (evasion + haste). I wouldn't use it over Fumas though... 6 att vs 1 haste is no contest.

Don't know anything about the Rindo, but even though there might be better NQ Dusk augments, no reason not to use a pair with STR+1 until you can get a better augment.
