Theme of the game is Shiro (main character) goes around town to town performing miracles, making money and fucking bitches. But Aurik (ante-Penultimate boss) don't want Shiro to do this cause he wants to claim all the bitches for himself. So Shiro recruits some followers to help do miracles and shit.
Ultimately, one of his followers betrayers him and turns him over to Aurik (this leads to BRP.) Charismatic takes control of the group and leads the fight to kick Aurik's ass and some funky shit happens.
