Why is my fucking patcher so slow?

Okay my patcher is running fine now.. was running about 45k/sec when I check it this morning.

Another torrent noob here- so I DL'd utorrent, then the Aion Full Installer_1.5.0.1.zip from the official site, but when i try to open it i get "The compressed (zip) folder is invalid or corrupt" and can't do anything else.

Not sure what to do, other than try it off of FP.

This is on my work PC, so I need the client + update, not just CBT-->OBT.

Make sure you're downloading this file and opening it with uTorrent. It should then start downloading it.

Yep, its that file -when I click on it to DL again, it says, "The torrent you are trying to add is already in the list of torrents. Do you want to load the trackers from it?"

So, its in my uTorrent window, showing its 100% downloaded. Its when I double click on it or try to open it via the menu, i get the corrupt message. (I'm clicking on the AionFullInstaller_1.5.0.1.zip in the lower window of the uTorrent interface.)

What program do you have to open zip files? Grab 7zip or winrar and try opening the file with that. Also, open it from the folder it was downloaded into - not from within uTorrent.

Ah- forgot that I never got a .zip extractor for this new work comp- so I grabbed 7zip & extracted the files & the setup.exe was recognized & install is in progress.
