    The card I use is a debit Mastercard issued from Key Bank in NY. It is one of the larger banks in Western New York, and it has a line of credit attached to it. The bank is not participating in mastercards secure card system, and therefore my card is not elligible for one. The closest thing I could do is either go to PA or NYC and get a PNC/Chase Credit Card. While I have the capacity to do this, I do not feel a 4-8 hour car ride for a 250 dollar limit card to play a video game that I will just set up another online payment from my current card is nessesary.


    Oh, and also, SE's CSA's said the option of VbV/Securecard prepaid cards are available at most major retailers. Those would be the cards sirsucksalot 5-6 posts up mentioned the RMT using. Funny shit.
