I think the cutoff is more around mid 20's than just the 20's entirely.

I actually did not. However, when I get trolled in real life by a little boy or girl I can generally tell by looking at them that they are underage. I'm just saying that we should remove Ohai's ability to use an avatar and replace the picture with a statement that reads, "I'm not of legal age, so please understand when communicating with me that my brain is not fully developed yet."

Well yeah I will agree with you there, my post was more in general not specifically about Tagus.

You can always run across exceptions anywhere you go, the exceptionally mature teenager and the exceptionally immature 35 year old for example.
