Your brain never stops learning, so it is never fully developed. At 17 I still have to mature and learn life responsibilities, but that doesn't mean my brain is incapable of providing a substantial argument to a dimwitted person who, as far as I can tell, is just crying in every post about me. It's really pathetic how you cry so hard about my age; yet have such a substantial amount of growing and maturing to do yourself.
