FoV and campaign are nice to fill the time between parties, but going 1-75 on these alone just isn't feasible. i can't make decent exp in campaign at 56, and 1-56 is a pretty significant portion of EXP. isn't 63 the halfway mark? so yeah.
aside from that, the chances of getting invited to an east ronfaure or qufim island sync isn't always the best. the higher you are, the lower you go in terms of who will look for you -- especially if you're a plain old DD. people are most likely to look in their immediate level range first, then scale progressively higher.
then there's always the chance that you could just get invited to a party of your own level. what are you gonna do at 65 when you show up and you don't have any reasonable gear? suck. those levels don't exactly breeze by. why not just buy shit and resell it when you're done? you're going to have all that money in your hand again at some point, minus several thousand for AH fees, and you probably won't be shit and miss out on future invites from people. yeah, people really do notice when you're doing a fucking awful job. i keep a list.
