I think its really funny that these underage girls get under your skin so much. Here in Los Angeles, whenever there are drunken kids partying their antics are usually at least good for a chuckle, and it's usually 5 boys and 1 girl. The kids who are the real troublemakers usually just go out mobbing and tagging and other mild vandalism.

In Orange County on the other hand... it's like all the worst bullies from the 80's movies were teleported forward in time and saw their girlfriend humping another dude. And they are ALL into ultimate fighting.

Dont think the age has nearly as much to do with it so much as how they are introduced to drinking. such as is ur first time the highschool party where u get shitfaced or is it dinner with ur family on thanksgiving.

Underneath it all I have no problems taking out some of them I don't think. However it's not only girls, guys too.

Typical situation is when I commute home from work is that 1 or 2 days of the week there'll be a group of them doing all sorts of shit on the train/bus. Thanks to fucking technology nowadays personal music players became public music players with 3-4 of them phones/mp3 players going off at the same time, all shouting and throwing shit at each other and generally being rude and swearing and disrupting others.

Unfortunately I can only wish for it to be like LA here where watching them = lolz. Watch them here and all you hear is straight out cussing between the 2 or more parties involved using generic swearing and any property nearby gets the collateral damage. And if they see you being interested you'll magically get involved too.

Watching university students on the otherhand, is good for lolz. But not underage kids.

However I'm aware there's issues similar to this all over the world but it's my helplessness of it all (not being able to do anything without risking myself or my property) that's annoying me.

And the girls mentioned in the OP normally fall straight into the chav category.
