Mattias Ohlund lays out Zetterberg with a huge hit, leaves the game with an upper body injury. I think he will be exiled from Sweden if this injury keeps Zetterberg out of the Olympics.

I will rage if this is another long term injury, especially to Hank motherfucking Zetterberg.

Depending on the length I would say easily. Currently on pace for 400+ man-games of injuries (not including sickness). They just gave a stat on FSN Detroit that if Zetterberg is out, the Wings have lost 200 goals from players in injuries and free agency.

Initial prognosis on Zetterberg (on clean hit from Ohlund) is not great. Further testing and evaluation to come but he may be out awhile.

As for this Detroit white trash, not much concern. Hes from the town that produced Eminem, has the most stagnant local economies and an unemployment rate through the roof with a correseponding crime rate thats even higher. Detroit was hockeytown. Now its a shantytown.

Also, people talking shit on Crosby. Hes at least one of the top 3 hockey players of all time with Gretzky and Lemieux. 5/5 on Shootouts this year, 6 in a row dating to last year, and hes money when its for the win - 12 of his 17 shootout goals were clinchers. He works so hard on every aspect of his game, I can't think of an athlete past or present with a better work ethic. Over the summer he decided he wanted to become better at faceoffs and now hes the league faceoffs wins leader. He wanted to get better at shotouts and now hes 5/5 so far. He wanted to score more, and he has. Anything he wants to do, he just works hard on it and dedicates himself to improvement and he succeeds. He's a role model for the youth of America.
