Hawks fans drag Detroit into almost every home game with their chants, although I'm sure I would get a ton of "Dead Wings" and references to the standings now that the Wings are below them in the Central for the first time in years if I did wear anything.

All I know is that I'd love to own a few of the other leagues' jerseys, there's some badass ones on NHL10 (only way I know of them lol).

Wouldn't want a Mettalurg Malkin one though, that's just cliche. Fun fact, Malkin is third on the team with PIM. Bylsma needs to lay the smack down on that bullshit.

We're trying to get a team set amongst our friends for Men's League in the summer, though I may just do the Rec League(which just tosses you on a random team) first for practice...our intended name when we get the team set is The Kansas City Sandwich of Streamwood, here's the uncolored version of our logo that I want to get onto a jersey within the next couple of months:

We want the main body to be white with the stripe at the bottom hem to be a brown crust color, with a crust line also going down the shoulder. Just for my own lulz I may shell out a bunch of money to get a custom black/brown marbled rye home one made too, lol.

Caps deal their captain Chris Clark and d-man Milan Jurcina to Columbus for Jason Chimera in a swap of three very "meh" players. The real juice is Washington gets about $2.4 million in cap room for this year, and on the heels of the Nylander exodus, I have a feeling we'll go after a big time defenseman before the deadline.

The other side of the coin is Boudreau has to pick a new captain. The "A"s right now are Ovie, Knuble and Tom Poti. I'd really like to see Ovie get the "C" but I don't think it's going to happen. As much as I like Knuble he's only been here for half a season, and Poti doesn't yell "captain" to me. Would really like to see Backstrom and Laich become part of the discussion too.

If he starts tomorrow, I'm not even gonna watch, it'll just be another episode of Fleury's ball-shrinking experiences as he sits in the shadow of his childhood mancrush. Fleury has a huge problem with losing any momentum he has for himself as soon as one goal goes in.
