That's pretty much what happened, Wings held Ovie/Backstrom/Semin in check through the first two and a half periods, and blow it late. Theodore was phenomenal, stoned Bertuzzi twice at point blank range right off the bat in the first and was out to meet every point shot. It was definitely his best performance this season. Osgood looked good for most of the night too but just fell asleep on Steckel's game-winner, like a weird pop fly deflection he just got caught watching instead of moving over. Green's headman to spring Gordon and Bradley in the second, and Backstrom's move on Stuart to walk right in on the PP in the third were things of beauty. Great game.

Wow. You couldn't pay me to go to that shit. Besides, I'm old. I actually remember vividly when MTV actually played music. I know, crazy right? Horrible game for the Penguins. Absolutely horrible. While it's nice to get the two points, there is no way that the Isles should have tied that game up. The Penguins just stopped and figured that they had it in the bag and all of a sudden now they have to actually try again. They got lucky they didn't walk away with no points at all.

Malkin played well but I'm still not convinced he's out of his slump. We'll see if he can start stringing it together. Crosby was an absolute beast. He dominated that game.

He will be revived on Thursday when he sees his BFF Ovechkin with a 'C' on his chest and he will go into a fit of rage and scoring. Calling it now, Malkin will have a 4 point game (all goals), but we'll still lose.

I also just spent 2 hours retyping 400some Canadian addresses because assfucks here don't know how to format them properly, so I'm just angry at Canada in general at the moment.
