I feel the same way about Chicago. They're right up there with Calgary for me and a lot of canucks fans. Looking forward to a rematch in the playoffs. Hopefully Luongo plays like he did last night throughout.

I don't think there's a team that's better at shutting down Chicago's offense than Vancouver is, in 3 games this year so far we've only had 4 goals, and are now 1-2 against you guys. From what I've seen it's not like the Canucks have a lot of speed on the blue line, but they're very similar to the Hawks with blocking shots and having active sticks to clog up passing lanes.

It's frustrating watching the Hawks play the Canucks because at times it's even and other times it's a one sided game. Plus you throw in Luongo who always seems to come up huge, and the Sedins, Chicago just can't stop them ever. You know they're gonna be shifty and attacking the net, and come up with game plans to limit their chances and they still score lol.

Just like I said mid-game. Stupid, unneccessary penalties shoot them in the foot. I only had 2 fantasy players in the game (Gagne, Letang) and I picked up 15 PIM from the two (Letang, fighting, plus a combined 5 minors haha).

Chicago brings out the best in Vancouver. That was honestly the best I've seen them play in several weeks. But chicago has so much talent we have to play our best otherwise we'll get pummeled. Our third line played very well last night but what was scary was even Chicago's fourth line was generating chances, we don't have that kind of depth so Vancouver has to rely on its defensive game.

I can't believe I just managed to forge a tie with Rata this week after the beatdown I was recieving. I just barely managed to take the Wins/GAA/Save% categories, won SOG by only 8 shots, and PIM was my own considerable win.

wow, i didnt see any postgame stuff so i didnt hear that. but tbh, Asham isnt a guy to make something like that up. and you saw after they got out of the box, asham challenged Cooke, but being the pussy he is, couldnt stand up to the challenge. when I saw Asham slugging at someone on the pile, i knew something definately happened.
