Good news, everyone! I'm back from my mini-vaction to Manhattan, and can once again get trolled by Sep! It's a shame the New York Gaboriks were on the road, I'd like to see a game at MSG one of these days. What I missed:

- Busy couple of days for trades. Love what Toronto is doing. Giggy will solidify that situation for the next year and a half, and Phaneuf gets the clean slate he obviously needed. They didn't give up any elite talent and took a big step towards the playoffs in '10-'11. Makes sense for Anaheim too, Hiller's their guy, they dump Giggy's contract and Toskala comes off the books after this season. Calgary and New York, I'll wait and see, although I'm not optimistic about the former.

- The Mike Green elbow totally deserved the suspension. I won't defend it, even Brooks Laich said you have to protect players from hits like that. I'm just glad Frolik was okay.

- Love the Bettman Gmail thing, the ones from Dick Ebersol really got me.

- As much as I hate the normal Ovie vs. Crosby hype, I really think they'll be trading the Hart back and forth for the next fifteen years. I caught the highlights/recap of the Pens/Sabres game, dude's amazing. Sorry, Henrik Sedin, take a back seat this year buddy. Ryan Miller... we'll see. PS - I'm already looking forward to Sunday, and it isn't because of anyone named Manning or Brees.

The hit wasn't that penalty worthy but the thing is that burrow entered the Goalie Blue circle before hitting halak, so thats why he got it
