Can't wait for delicious battle between Seppuku and Nynja over our terrible Penguins getting crunched by the Canadiens.

Our defense is terrible though. Hoping to see Goligoski traded, Gonchar too. I don't care how good he makes our PP (rofl) and our record when he plays, he's complete shit lately. Take out Gonchar and Goligoski, get some actual defensemen, light a fire under the asses of everyone else and pray for the best.

Or ride the rest of the season out with Gonchar and don't resign him. Injury prone and turning into dog shit in the defensive zone, no thanks. But still trade Goligoski for an actual shutdown defenseman since we have zero. Orpik sucks, all he's good for is the occasional big hit. Eaton is a meh player at best. McKee is a huge disappointment overall but at least he's cheap. Letang is actually picking up his game physically, lost his offensive touch, but still manages to shit it up in the defensive end. Skoula needs to be gone too.

Fuck 'em all.

Also, while I'm at it, someone needs to tell Malkin he's not a fucking goon and he needs to stop taking dumbass penalties every game. One PIM behind leading the team in PIM, fucking ridiculous. Craig Adams needs to just be let go, the baby Pens are playing better than he is, don't care if he's only playing for 500k, he's a -7 as someone who's probably playing less than ten minutes a game. What the fuck. If we really wanted a right handed face-off guy we should have kept Zigomanis, at least he was responsible defensively too, not just a one-trick pony. And how the fuck is Fedotanko, a -12 player, playing with Crosby. I don't care if we resigned him because he's a playoff player, he fucking sucks too. Hope he gets put on the fourth line with Kunitz coming back.

There's definitely going to be a deal between the Bluejackets and the Penguins, or at least the Pens are pushing hard for one. Shero himself was at Nationwide Arena to watch the game on Thurs. night.

Torres is their likely target, but the PSL Q&A with the GM was yesterday and from what I hear it got a bit chippy when the GM said he might not re-sign Torres haha.
