i just reread the main site and found this

ll license keys are only tied to the edition (i.e. Professional, Ultimate, etc.) and NOT the architecture NOR the language. Therefore a 64-bit (x64) key will activate on a 32-bit (x86) install and vice versa provided they are of the same editions. A French Key will activate an English install.
Each license key will only active ONE computer.
This means that (for IEEE), you can use the x64 French key to activate a computer installed using an x86(or x64) English ISO, or vice versa

Contemplating keeping my preorder though, and then reselling it on ebay for a higher price. I think it'd probably only sell for like 70$ or so though :/

It's Professional, 95% of people don't miss the difference between that and Ultimate though.

The only thing I would miss about Ultimate RC is it saying Ultimate when you boot up. How silly is that? Hell yeah, my Windows is the Ultimate!

Something i wonder again

Are the keys like real MSNDNAA exemple i take 1 key for windows 7 can i use it millions of time? or it<s a different type and can use my key once or twice like a normal version?

The 2 codes I got through my school's MSDNAA account are 1-use codes, though the agreement page says they can be used multiple times. MS won't let me reactivate them either right now.

I just got accepted and plan on downloading either XP or 7 and partitioning my MBP. The windows 7 64bit pro download isn't the official retail version is it? Basically I'm debating downloading XP and waiting until 7 is officially released to download and upgrade, but if it's the official retail version I'll just download 7. Which should I dew, halp!?

*edit* The reason I'm partitioning my Mac is for gaming, such as FFXI and CounterStrike (and what have you), if that helps with answering the question.
*double edit* And how do I go about installing it?! Just realized it's a download not a physical copy, is it possible to partition with a download?
