    Need some help with startup up Aion

    Ok, so I pre ordered Aion from ebgames and I got my closed beta registration code. I downloaded the 3 day download to get the game(man that took forever lol). Every time I try to play the game the 1st thing that pops up is this nProtect Gameguard FAQ and then it will bring me to the welcome screen to Aion. I type in my info and then it says this "can not connect to the authorization server". Anyone else having this problem or an I just doing something wrong?

    The Beta for the NA starts september 6 and finish the 13

    then the game starts the 20th for the Preorder

    edit : so your fine for now


    If you wanna play before look in the sticked and use the CHineese server, or wait till sunday for the NA Open beta

    No, you're fine. Well, I'm assuming the "can not connect" message is coming up when you're at the Aion login screen. In this case, it is giving you that message because the Open Beta is not currently up. That Gameguard FAQ has been something a lot of people have expressed concern with on aionarmory's forum, but is nothing to worry about.

    If you're getting that message at a different screen, then I'm not sure lol...

    basically:
    OMGZZZ I can't view the login page, lemme go reformat my computer, redownload 9gb of aion and see if that fixes it!!

    You either need to preorder, or wait for a beta key giveaway. Eurogamer gave away 5000 keys a week or so ago, but they're out now.

    I know they were doing some work, at one point it loaded for me and have a background/link for Dragon Age. Later it went back to the normal background, but there were some new graphics in the forums.
