The greater question is why do we always blame other people for frustrating situations. The greater issue here isn't babies crying in public places, everyone deals with levels of discomfort in life, if it was perfect it wouldn't be called life. There's always going to be babies crying, loud trucks, construction, and various other ambient noise that people are going to find displeasing that are on some level capable of being controlled.
Bottom line is people need to get over it and deal with each other and not flip shit over every tiny ( and this instance was a drop in the ocean ) little noise that grates on them.
