    I've been liking shotguns so far with the exception of TK's wave. Also if anyone is in desperate need of money, there's a few level 20-25 grenade enhancements which each sell for 2k+ close to the last recording for one of the bounty quests (level 13 quest where you collect 4 recordings). The chest is just slightly north of the recording, past a ramp with a bunch of psychos.

    Sounds like Fallout. When you shoot someone, its essentially a dice-roll to if you hit them or not. Am I in the ballpark?

    I found shooting to be much easier than in Fallout. Even using a rifle with -30% recoil reduction I haven't had trouble hitting enemies, and I rarely play first person shooters.

    The framerate in this game is unbareable.. I'm rocking the PS3 version though. How is it for the 360?

    I havent had any frame rate issues on the PS3 version yet, I have seen a few glitches tho, map was turning purple as I scrolled across it and Ive had a couple enemies get hung in a few places, but I havent noticed any frame rate problems.

    Basically, actual accuracy is stat based more than skill based. Pisses me off.

    one word broski. And I like Uncharted, it just has a few imbalances. Demon's souls I enjoy, Halo, NHL, Call of Duty etc.

    I think fallout 3's system maybe spoiled me a bit, i think allowing aiming to be completely manual while L-trigger is pressed would have been cool. Although as Kyo was saying, as skill with the weapon goes up (and as you find better weapons with higher acc ratings) I guess the problem goes away. Honestly, I'm the kind of gamer that wouldn't mind, at higher levels, if your skill/accuracy is high enough if you can just point and shoot without really aiming all that well and still hit, so I guess I don't have much reason to complain.

    And I think Lilith's problem, more than anything, is close-range combat- the melee bandits and skags especially. She does really well on small-medium sized gun encounters, it seems, phasewalking behind someone and slapping them in the back of the head works really well.

    Right now I've got her started on Assassin tree (increased phasewalk duration and bonuses/lower cooldown, increased gun damage, etc.) but I can definitely see the appeal of Elemental if you get some nice guns later on.

    For Single-Player Roland is probably more my playstyle, with the ability to heal himself and use most guns pretty well, so maybe I'll try that for my 2nd playthrough.

    The way your playing lilith seems like something I would enjoy, I think I'll play her my second play through for sure.

    Joking aside, this game is mad fun and probably one of the best coop games I've played. Seriously though, Lilith is a boss and I haven't had any problems during any kind of encounters with her nor have I ha any of the problems aiming that everyone seems to have. My only complaint is that there's no way to share ammo and occasionally when you work yourself into some tough situations in coop, you wish you could.

    Really glad my boss talked mei to this game, it's insanely fun. I also like how you can keep separate character files so that you can keep a single player and coop game going at the same time without blowing everyone else away in levels.

    Not true whatsoever, guns have accuracy ratings, basically, the lower the rating the harder to hit at any distance. Save the shotgun (hint dont use that at any range other than right in your fucking face)

    I love the handguns sofar. Not a big fan of the revolvers though. I just like the hand guns with really high rate of fire. Aim at the chest and recoil brings it right up into the face and I generally hit about 2-6 critical hits without having to try so hard on human characters.

    I generally run out of bullets after about 6 enemies though. XD

    Really enjoying this myself. I don't have the aiming or frame rate issues some are complaining about and find the game to be pretty awesome.

    Question though, has anyone else seen the weapons where on the weapon info screen the damage will alternate between "XX" and "xYY"? For example, a shotgun where the damage info area alternates between saying "10" and "x9". Does that mean the weapon has 10 x 9 damage, so 90? Hope i explained that so it makes sense.

    If it makes any difference I'm playing as Roland.

    Sounds like it fires 9 pellets in each shot. 10 damage per one that connects maybe?

    I could be wrong, but I just assumed that was critical multiplier.
