Managed to get half way through level 33 sofar. This game is so god damn difficult sometimes. I haven't even played co-op yet so I'm worried about how much harder it will be.

I just rented this and have been playing under my friends ps3 name. He made a soldier and I made a berserker. So far I am level seven but not really enjoying berserker as much as I had hoped. Are the other two classes hunter and siren good? What is their special? The beserker special is punching shit which does decent damage sometimes but anything two levels ahead of me rapes me since I can only do 20 a fist.

Overall if Cod:Mw2 and L4d2 wasn't coming out so soon I would buy this game in a heartbeat, This game is simply amazing.

I finally sat down and played it yesterday because I was sick. I'm running around as Mordecai because I prefer doing the whole sniping route. So far I've killed Nine Toes and the Skrag that took TK's leg. Haven't had any issues at all aside from lack of inventory space. It's amusing to me that consistently getting a new gun after almost every fight. I managed to grab one of those support machine guns from one of the bandits in Nine Toes's lair. Pretty nice.

This game is punishing out of coop, as well, and when it is done Coop good luck getting any good weapons. Everyone zergrushes boss drops.

Oh, and the one thing that pisses me off about this game is that its average.

single player yes, but get a good co-op (even if its just two) and it becomes so much better (imo)

I was on the fence for a while about getting this, worried I would be let down. But after reading the posts here and scouring the internet for reviews and such, I will be grabbing this on my way home tonight. Wifey has school tonight, so it's time for some drunken wasteland carnage!

I was hooked after watching the review on AOTS yesterday, but reading everything else just makes it an even easier decision. FUCK YEA BORDERLANDS GET!

That's probably the only complaint that I do have about this game. The weapons get replaced so quickly it's not even worth getting attached to any of them. In the limited amount of time I've played so far I've gone through 5 sniper rifles, 2 support assault rifles, 4 SMG's, probably 10 pistolas, and 4 shotguns. I'm level seven.

too bad it sucks, I've been using the same sniper rifles 2 and revolvers for about half the game
