Ok so real complaint. Game doesn't run in windowed mode on PC... is there a way to force windowed mode? It's really annoying alt tabbing from it.

edit, lol didn't know you can make desktop shortcuts with steam games. Thats all I needed to do so I can get to the target.

Still at the start of playthrough 2 on both my characters, so can't reach it on there yet anyway. Just tried it out on Playthrough 1 and got an SMG with 75 x2 damage, bullets bounce around off walls. Shame it's not as good as some of my other weapons now, still pretty awesome.

Bullets bouncing off the walls? Is that a certain rare gun with flavor text or an 'effect'? I've never even heard of that but it sounds freaking awesome.

"Fools! They called me maaaad!" would be the flavor text, I thought it was only available on the Madjack though. Interesting to know that it can show up on other weapons and on a SMG no less.

A lot of weapons can have bullets that bounce off walls. All spiral shot SMGs do it, I know the Orion Snipers do it (but their ricochet turns into 3 bullets), TK's wave, and Madjack.

It's a spiral shot. Also Alt+Enter for windowed mode or you can do it through editing config files.

So lately I've been disappointed with my Bloodwing, I originally did the typical go straight to 5/5 bird of prey then start working on gunslinger... but Bloodwing seems to get stuck alot, not fly out enough, etc, especially when I really needed him to.

I ended up finding a mod that gave:
32%acc
+3predator
+2Bird of Prey

So at lvl 32 I'm speccing to this: Borderlands: Skill Tree

Ive been taking alot of damage lately, so I put 5/5 Remedy (which lets me use a high capacity shield with health boost), 1/5 predator with +3 should give me -12sec on BW cooldown, I think it would be better to have him out more often than anything else... couple that with 1pt in Bird of prey, with the mod lets him hit 4targets... Now I'll max out predator and then max out BoP and I think it will substantially increase my performance. Then ofc max out deadly/relentless.

Sarcasm. I don't often pay attention to non-Siren mods, but I can't say I've ever seen a mod with a secondary effect that completely negates the bonus of the primary effect.

I finally got some good new weapons. Found a Maliwan hellfire SMG that was better than the one I already had. Then I found a Maliwan Firehawk which is my new favorite weapon because it means I'll finally be able to use repeaters again. And then I got a Maliwan Volcano sniper rifle.

Needless to say anything that is weak to fire gets its shit ruined. I wish I could find some comparable corrosive or shock weapons though. lol


The class mod with +2 find rare items really is incredible. I wasnt able to find anything good before I started using that class mod.

I'm a 37 hunter... I really cant find a build Im happy with, might start playthrough1 again on a different class. Still willing to coop.

Try getting a build with Blackout and Hard to Get. So very fun constantly blasting everything with phaseblast + fire artifact. I think this might be my final build. Although I could go a few different ways with it. Damage resistance after coming out of Phasewalk or melee Daze would also be pretty nice. Could also drop Intuition (especially since the XP isn't doing shit at 50), but I fucking love the +50% movement speed.
