I've tried 2 versions of the reloaded torrent (from 2 sites mononova and 1 other) and both came up as having vundo in it, a known virus
my AVG picked it up and stopped the torrent saying I had been denied access and files were missing
I'm currently downloading a 450 MB version, one dude mentioned a 1.2GB file he got off a private FTP working fine, the infected one was 1.48GB
anyone have a link to a clean torrent (or am I doing something wrong somehow?)
YARHARFIDDLEDEEDEE!
If anyone needs it, I'll upload to megaupload when I'm not being lazy. Got it off black-cats.

Like Zombie Island, you get to The Underdome by fast-traveling to it. Once there, it's clear this isn't exactly the same as the last Zombie download. It's not a whole new zone filled with quests; instead it's a small room filled with multicolored flashing lights that makes it look like a casino. To one side is a claptrap robot dressed in what appears to be a spray on tuxedo, a top hat and a fake mustache. He's the banker, and through him you can store items from your inventory if you want to save them for later. The build I checked out had upgrades for bank space available as well, so I bought one and bumped up the storage capacity to 21 items.
Mad Moxxi Gameplay Clips
There's also a quest board in here, which initially has one assignment available called Prove Yourself. It's added to your quest log, and requires that you clear 5 rounds in three coliseums to get a quest reward. What's a coliseum? Well, each coliseum, of which I saw three, functions like Gears of War 2's Horde mode or Halo 3: ODST's Firefight. Each coliseum is separated from the main room by a load screen, and the first one is called Hell-burbia.
Jumping into this area kicks off with Moxxie -- a particularly energetic woman with fishnet stockings and a circus ringleader outfit -- screaming through a megaphone as slippery electronic beats pulse in the background. There's a crowd hollering as you're set in the middle of an arena that's built from pieces of the rest of the game world, from rusted metal houses to the lighted pumpkins of Jakobs Cove. Then the action kicks off.
Enemies from the main game, all in one place.
Like in Firefight, the action here progresses in waves. A countdown begins soon after you've started, and once it hits zero you're told what type of wave you'll be facing. The first is called a Starter Wave, and it seems each wave will also have associated modifiers to enemy health and shields, which are also displayed before the action starts. After that, enemies spawn in, which for the Starter Wave was just a bunch of easily dispatched bandits and skags. Once a wave is done there's a short break where health and ammunition pickups will rain down from the sky. You'll need to rush around to pick them up because they'll disappear as soon as the next round begins, and these obviously get important in later waves and rounds where you're forced to expend more ammunition to get to the end.
With five waves per round and an initial total of five rounds to reach the end, expect to spend quite a bit of time fighting through enemies even for the first quest, since it requires you to "beat" three coliseums. The challenge, as you might expect, also ramps up with each successive wave. The second is the Gun Wave, (all the enemies have guns), and the third is the Horde Wave where you get assaulted by charging psychos with crude and sharp weaponry. The Badass Wave brings in bigger and more powerful enemies such as bruisers and the occasional badass version, and then finally there's the Boss Wave. This seems to cycle through a number of bosses from the main game who emerge from behind a red curtain after a bit of theatrics, and in two playthroughs of Hell-burbia I fought Bone Head and a handful of bandits and Nine Toes and his armored skags. All the while Moxxie will be calling down comments from above, insulting your talent, likening your performance to her personal obsessions, and at other times offering you praise, which helps lend more of a mood to the whole outing.
It begins.
Once through the first round, things get more challenging in the second with the introduction of a random variable in the style of the skulls from Firefight mode. It appears as though up to four of these can be flipped on at once, though in round 2 it's just one. The effects can do things like cut the gravity in the arena, cause kills to regenerate your health that otherwise is constantly being drained, or one that drops all your shields but gives you slow health regeneration. This is certainly more challenging, and should you die you're sent to a penalty box above the stage where you're confined but can still shoot down to the battlefield below.
The other coliseums, The Angelic Ruins and The Gully, have the same kind of progression but feature some different enemy types, including Crimson Lance soldiers and aliens. Overall the Mad Moxxie download seems to offer a distilled version of the Borderlands experience, but with a few omissions. In an odd move, it seems Gearbox has eliminated loot and experience gain in The Underdome. None of the enemies in the coliseums drop items and killing them awards no experience -- at least during my play session. I still haven't seen all the kinds of rewards you get for completing arenas, but it still felt like a big component of the standard Borderlands experience was missing while playing through.
Gearbox assured IGN that loot is dropped by the main boss at the end of each round, but rather than appear near the carcass, it shows up under Moxxi's platform.

Videos over at IGN:This is very much for level 50 players, but anyone past level 10 can give it a go. It will intelligently set the enemies to an appropriate level. However, at lower levels, you may find The BIG Tournament insurmountable.
The Small Tournament is fun, and more accessible. It can be completed as a quest in both playthrough 1 and playthrough 2 for a small but precious reward.
You CAN complete challenges and get Challenge XP. Conveyor of Death is pretty much guaranteed in the horde wave, and you will kill more enemies per minute in this than anywhere else in the main game. Or you’ll die. Unlike the main game, in this one Dying Hurts, and that makes ALL the difference.
The Big Tournament… It’s not for the casual guy. The Big Tournament is a challenge. No one here had ever beaten it in single player. To my knowledge, no one anywhere has beaten it in single player. Bring your friends, and you’d damn well better work as a team. It’s not optional this time.
We brought in some hardcore Borderlands fans to playtest, and the were – to a man – giddy. This one is all about the level 50 player with nothing left to prove. If that’s you, you’re gonna love this.
If that’s not you, then the Small Tournament is several hours of great fun that you can do in both playthroughs. It gives a real nice reward, an achievement, and you get a bank for yer stuff.
If none of this appeals to you – cool! Don’t buy it. We love you anyway! Me, I’d buy it just for Moxxi. She’s awesome.

2 mil is pretty good
That's awesome. 2mil for a new IP is pretty good. Hopefully with the new DLC and more word of mouth, it will only get bigger.
Hoping the DLC lives up to the expectations that Gearbox set, the one problem I have with this game is that it really is too easy as soon as you manage to pick up a hellfire. The new arenas look substantially larger than the 3 we have right now which also looks great for PVP. According to the gearbox issues thread, it also looks like they're fixing edited weapons which will also be great for online play.

Join me as I strap on my weapons and take a trip deep into Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, the second dose of downloadable content for Gearbox Software's Borderlands.
The second installment of Borderlands DLC ditches the exploration found in The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned in favor of strengthening the ties between the game and the Mad Max series of post-apocalyptic action movies. Stealing a premise from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot sees players fighting for fame and fortune in a series of new Riot Mode arenas, facing wave after wave of enemies in either single player or co-op battles.
It sounds intriguing, but it's got to be more than three new arenas to warrant a $9.99 price tag, right? Read on.
What Is It?
Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot is the second set of downloadable content for Borderlands. Rather than a new area to play in, which we got in the first downloadable content, The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi delivers a new gameplay mode, Riot, which is almost like a game show version of Gears of War's Horde Mode. The titular Mad Moxxi, a window several times over seeking to relieve her boredom with carnage, entertains a cheering crowd as you and your teams take on five different waves of enemies in three new arenas - Hell-burbia, the Angelic Ruins, and The Gully. These aren't simply pits that fill with enemies - they are relatively sprawling yet contained battlegrounds, ready to be soaked with the vital fluids of your prey.
What We Saw
I played through each of the three new arenas multiple times, using a pre-made level 30 soldier graciously supplied by the folks at Gearbox. Okay, I attempted to play through all three arenas several different times, dying frequently. I unfortunately only got to play single player, but it's easy to imagine having a blast with a couple of close total strangers on Xbox Live.
How Far Along Is It?
The new DLC releases next week on the Xbox 360, so the build I was playing is damn near close to the finished product.
What Needs Improvement?
No Experience Necessary: You don't gain experience while battling through wave after wave of enemies in the Underdome, which quite frankly feels odd. I understand the draw here is new weapons and the glory of triumphing over seemingly impossible odds, but when I spend an entire game on a steady climb towards max level, spending several hours tooling around a plateau just feels like a slight waste of time.
What Should Stay The Same?
Riding The Waves: The enemies in Mad Moxxi's Underdome come at you in different waves, each consisting of different types of enemies. One visit to an arena might start you off with an Easy Wave, with powered-down enemies that are easier to dispatch, before moving on to a Gun Wave, in which all enemies have guns (duh), or a Horde Wave, where swarms of melee enemies come at you mindlessly. There's a variety, but it's not so much that you can't anticipate what's coming next after you're done scrambling for the health and ammo Moxxi tosses into the stadium between rounds.
Moxxi's Got Talent: Black widow Mad Moxxi is a constant presence in the DLC, shouting out taunts to you as you struggle to survive, egging on the crowd, and just basically being the consummate showman, adding to the feeling that you are a contestant in some sort of twisted game show birthed in the mind of a violent husband-killer. Good times.
The Penalty Box: If you die during a wave, you're warped into the penalty box, an area overlooking the arena where you can shoot from, but cannot leave. Once again, I only played single player, where its mission failed if you wind up in the box, but I can easily imagine the fun that will come of having 2-3 other players in the box, urging the survivors on while desperately searching for targets to take out long range.
Final Thoughts
Gearbox's Randy Pitchford has said that Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot is "like Smash TV in coop FPS, but in the Borderlands." I'd have to say he hit the nail on the head. There might not be piles of cash spawning at the end of every round, and the enemies aren't quite as numerous, but once you step into the Underdome you're the star of a game show where your life is on the line. I'd like to think that if the world had body replicating technology, this is the sort of thing we'd find on every street corner.
got a question, i started playing this game last week and i love it so far but i haven't try online yet.. so what should i expect online? is it good to play with random ppl or to many assholes to even bother with it?
there were a lot of modded guns online before i stopped playing
nothing kills your framerate like an automatic gun that has 20 fire rate that explodes
Bitch has some nice tatas for real. Sole reason I'd play it.
Who had the safe copy of Zombie Island? I actually want to play this DLC now. : o
Mad Moxxi is boss. She will chew you up and spit you out. This DLC is going to bring a whole new side of Borderlands. I am currently farming like mad to get my Hunter geared for this shit.
