That being said my friend, boss and I plan on going through the DLC together and I never really got any good weapons. Is there any place to farm the higher end weapons and/or class mods? Best gun I have right now is a 420~ damage magnum that's pearl. In need a of a good Magnum and SMG. For class mods, I don't really have anything superb either, so if there's a place to farm those that would be nice as well :D.

Second playthrough, farm the chests in New Haven and hope for better shit to drop off of mobs as you're doing other stuff. +Find Rare Items class mods help a ton too.

Hey guys!

Sorry, I haven’t gotten to post on the forums in a while! After finalizing Zombies DLC, the team and I began reading the DLC feedback around the forums on the wants and desires. Guess what, level cap increase anyone? Got it and it's awesome. Hopefully we can get a full announcement out to you guys soon but, man is this the biggest DLC we have made. So don’t worry, we are working really hard right now on both the update (that solves a bunch of issues) and the DLC. More to come guys!!

Hmm, I've only done one playthrough, so I'm only 37 still, but I'm not really sure how a level cap increase will work, unless they're adding a 3rd playthrough or something. I guess they'll have to, otherwise gaining experience to get to some higher level would be almost impossible. Great, I'm already having trouble convincing my wife we should do a second playthrough, I'll probably end up having to do the third one solo.

The mobs all scale up to 50 once you hit a certain point in P2 (can't remember, it might be whenever you hit 50), so it's possible that the systems are already in place for the mob levels to ramp up properly when the patch hits.

That being said, ffff level 60ish Badass/etc Crimson Lance members while at a level disadvantage do not want

Are you sure they're actually scaling up automatically though, and not just having been pre-set to be that level at that point in the story? The first playthrough was a joke by the end, because we had been doing all the sidequests and were way overleveled. Obviously you can't possibly be overleveled any more once you hit the cap, so it won't be as much of a problem for playthrough 2.

The skags outside of Fyrestone are level 50, so yeah, I'm positive they scale up.

If I remember correctly, all mobs become level 50 after beating Playthrough 2.

I hit 50 farming for like 20 minutes after we finished Dr. Ned's stuff, but I wouldn't mind helping. Only issue with me is time as of late, and then when WKC comes out I imagine that'll be eating up most of my time.

I never got around to it either, I picked up Darksiders and Uncharted 2 which have kept me busy. Hell, with the 2010 lineup so far I probably won't even get around to playing it until next year.

Yeah, I can't say it isn't hard to think about playing Borderlands knowing White Knight Chronicles, SO:tLH, Bioshock2, FFXIII, Heavy Rain, etc are all coming out soon.
