I will say that once you hit level 54/55 the DLC gets a lot easier/funner, although trekking back and forth between the main town and the zones is annoying. The zones are really big and meant to be traversed by car, but with only 1 fast travel station you're talking a 5-10 minute drive every time you want to turn in a quest or pick up a new one.

I finally got a nice incendiary SMG to replace my Hellfire, but I'm still looking for some shields that are actually worth a damn on the new enemies. 11 extra skill points from the new levels are nice, on my Lilith I maxed out fire rate and elemental proc skills and now I've been dumping points into Inner Glow and that skill that gives you shields back when you kill an enemy, for survivability. Probably should have done Venom but meh.

I agree with the trekking...It does get tedious from time to time. Shields and combat rifles aplenty it seems, although very few are turning out decent. Got an amazing shield from the armory last night. Sooooooooo many chests and weapons doing the glitch.

Armory Part

After you kill Knoxx and enter the color coded door, pass through the hall with the red shields, and turn around. Walk back straight down the middle and you'll fall through the floor a little. Crouch, turn around, and move forward and you'll end up in the armory without the timer starting.

nvm just did it on the first quest that takes you to the Armory, hooooooooooooly fuck that's a lot of chests

Yeah lol, like 4 levels of chests. You can go there twice in the story with Marcus' quests. Infinite times if you have a friend and dashboard out.

twice? I just opened the door, opened as many chests as I could on 1 level, then quit/restarted. Did I just fuck myself over?

Nah. If you do Marcus' quest, he lets you raid the armory again. So you can do the main mission and clear out the story for achievements, and then do Marcus' storyline for a second run. Keep that quest open and don't finish it. If you start looting the chests, dashboard out so it clears the game and go back with a friend. Have him/her loot the chests, save and exit, and dashboard out for another run. Hope that helps!

I'm still on the part where you fight General Knoxx, every time I quit/restart I have to fight him again but it lets me loot the chests over and over. I haven't tried to complete the step in this quest to "Expose Munitions" so hopefully I'm not glitched out.

It's pretty fucked up when you're only picking up purples/oranges and tossing purples to make room for shit lol

also I have a full colleciton of Eridian weapons now lol

If by Pearlescent you're referring to the two or three guns that were off white and above the oranges in inventory management, Gearbox mentioned in the past that they were glitched oranges that were turning white for some reason. They probably patched it.

They removed those and added a new cyan tier (same color as the mad moxxi ammo packs).

Yeah, I see that now. Haven't played in a while, was going off the last thing I heard on them, but that's pretty cool either way.

Source? Patch notes said the whites should now be orange.

yeah I havent seen any cyan weapons, at least nothing that sorts above yellow/orange

Pearlescent rarity weapons fixed, now they become Orange rarity, however there is also a new cyan colored rarity now called Pearlescent.

Haven't found one yet either. I've read a few off other forums. They seem to drop off more from Crawmerax, but he's hard as hell. Only tried him with 2 people so far. Gotta take him down some day! Need peeps!

also in case anyone was wondering the Armory has (unless I'm counting wrong) 109 chests: 82 oval, 14 silver, and 13 of the big new ones
