it was supposedly, the GOTY edition is coming out next month with all 4 expansions so I don't think they'll bother with another

Ned/Knoxx only take about 3-4 hours, so content length wise, id say they were about equal to the other ones. And yes, this DLC was outsourced and not made by gearbox, but IMO you wouldn't even know if they didn't show the new developer in the credits. I do think its kind of meh though in the way of no new guns. I like the new areas, and I was fine with the idea of keeping pearls exclusive to DLC3 areas, but christ, not even a few new weapons? Very underwhelming all things considered when you look at all the hype this DLC got.

You know Gearbox's reason for not adding a Crawmerax style raid mob in the new DLC (besides not fucking developing the DLC themselves)? They claim only 1% of users have defeated Crawmerax... I think made up statistic is made up.

Humor side is probably it's biggest asset. It's got more mini cut-scenes and better dialogue (IMO) than any other DLC or the main game. Lots of funny pop culture/meme references to be had for lolz.

I'm mixed about the DLC to be honest. The humor/quality was there for sure, but it was very short and (for me) knoxx was way, way longer. I was also severely disappointed that the DLC didn't scale up to your level. Yay finding only level 48 weapons when I'm 61. (And seriously, I found 2 orange and one purple the entire DLC. wtf. >_> Double slap.) It was nice to at least get an ending though. Maybe the outsourcing means BL2 is in heavy development? :O

The DLC was fairly disappointing, especially after all the surveys they did to figure out what people really enjoyed about all the add-ons they had already released. It's really a shame they wasted all that data, especially since it really seemed like they would manage to trump Knoxx.

The DLC most certainly scales to your level. If you are level 61 and have completed the quest "Loot Larceny" the mobs scale to the mid level 50's. If you have defeated crawmerax, they scale to 60-62.

That actually makes sense now. I was glitching my knoxx playthrough 2 so that wasn't completed and I did the new DLC with playthrough 2. Damnit.
