PlayOnline Viewer Error

When I click PlayOnline Viewer to log into FFXI I am greeted with an error:

"A required PlayOnline Viewer file is missing. Please reinstall the PlayOnline Viewer."

Do I really have to go back through and reinstall PoLViewer or is there a way I can check to see what file is missing/corrupt and just get that file?

It won't open the PoL Viewer so I can do a File Check either>< If I have to reinstall PoL does that mean I have to reinstall CoP, RotZ, ToAU, and WotG + all the updates? Also is there a way to save my macros that I have saved on here (or were they only able to be saved to the SE-Macro server)?

Yes I use McAfee, but it's not the free version. What VirusScan programs are good? I think my McAfee is about to expire. :D
